Sell all of your overdrives and buy this!
0 of 1 found this helpful Just used it live in a large church setting this morning, playing modern worship songs. The guitar sounded clear, yet powerful when needed, and was very touch sensitive, and responded well with the volume knob on the guitar (les paul). Used the 1962 for my main sound, which sounds like a cranked tweed twin, or an old mid sixties plexi, and added the red dirt for boosting leads. The red dirt had just the right amount of mid to make the leads cut through all the other sounds going on in the band, yet still sounding clear, and not harsh or ice picky. I haven't played around too much with the compressor, but do know that it sounds top notch, when messing around with it. I am thoroughly pleased with this pedal!

Best silent stage solution ever!

If you're after 60's univibe sound, this is it!
Not much to say. It's awesome. The same circuit as the original univibe, so if that's what you're after, it doesn't get any closer than this! If you're after original univibe tone, then why get anything other than this? It is essentially a 60's univibe, with an added selectable modern switch. I love this pedal!
