Great for my very specific requirement.
Works for me when I need to join 2 x female audio cartridge tags together , it is the perfect diameter to fit snogly & make a good connection.
QUAD 66 CD Player with Remote Control

Reliability & build quality
I have a Quad 66 pre amp & the remote control unit handles CD operations alongside pre amp controls so very ergonomically satisfying , usual Quad build quality , have used quad products for 40+ years.

Just plays all those lovely 78s beautifully.
Bought as a stop gap whilst td124 being serviced , what a good little turtable it is , the cartridge is not up to the Grado78 I normally use (in my humble opinion) not quite as detailed , the cue arm damper is way too stiff , I end up putting arm down manually with cue arm permanently lowered. The footprint is concise & it looks very nice , main thing is it just plays all those lovely 78s & plays them very well.
