Speedy service for a fun product

Clever device with 3 way operation (hand pump, electric pump, town water)
But the unit I received was poorly made with incomplete electrical connection. I had to rebuild it myself in order to get it functioning. Lots of fiddling around: installing, finding problem, removing, dismantling, fix fault, reinstall etc.
Plus the unit comes with two inlets which should be initially blanked off, so that the installer chooses which to use. Both blanking plates had been drilled out on my supplied unit, My setup requires only one inlet, so I had to blank off the other myself, and this is not easy to do. First attempts (with silicon) leaked - so remove, fix and reinstall again!
A less than satisfactory experience I am sorry to say.

Outstanding Convertible Laptop
Beautifully designed and constructed, with top of class performance. the 3:2 screen ratio is a considerable improvement of previous "letterbox" screen formats for productivity purposes.
