  The seller listed the ipad as a gen 3 11 inch pro but it was actually a gen 1. I only found out after it was delivered to me and so asked for a refund. He refused a refund multipul times so I had ebay step in and they issued the return and refund. The ipad was returned to the seller but he hasn't marked it as delivered so the refund hasn't processed, while he has already put the listing back up calling it by the correct name. He would not return my messages asking for it to be marked delivered.
