The laptop came exactly as shown and because of how fast they shipped it, I got it the very next day. It does help that I only live a couple of hours away, but still, the seller was on top of it. The packaging was very precise. The laptop was packaged so well, there was no way anything bad would have happened to it. I would definitely buy from this seller again!

I'm quite disappointed with my interaction with this seller. I purchased an item from them that was listed as free shipping. About a day later I find they cancelled my order citing "there was a problem with the buyer's address". After messaging them, they stated shipping would have cost more that what I paid for the item. Moral of the story, don't list an item as free shipping if you're not prepared to cover it!

We had an issue with the listing being pushed into Free shipping. The pricing was not based on the shipping being free. Apologies for the inconvenience.
