Tough little camera
8 of 10 found this helpful I've worked my way from a Mobius to a Xiaomi Yi to two GoPro Hero 3+ Silvers, and now finally a GoPro Hero 4 Black. These poor things haven't lived easy lives strapped to my FPV racing drone... The GoPros have always been the most resilient, even when strapped directly to the front of the drone without a case. Maybe I've just been lucky. But...
Video quality of the Hero 4 Black is superb, far out-classing the Hero 3+ Silver. The higher frame rates really let me slow down the video to highlight things without it getting choppy. Audio quality is about the same as previous action cameras, but it's tough for me to gauge with all the wind noise (80mph+). It's light which I love. But the best thing? It just works. I don't need to use a computer or phone to configure it (Mobius and Xiaomi Yi).
