A load of rubish, after two days will not keep the charge

purchased as new with no problems on EBAY
This is the top phone ,the only problem for me is getting it on to the internet, having purchased this phone with no contract can only get it on pay&go it would seem that to get on the web costs as much as buying it on contract.
