Easy setup
5 of 5 found this helpful Unpack unit, peel off back to expose battery reset. Insert your full size SIM into SIM slot. Place battery in recess, contact side first.
Connect short cable into mini USB slot of device and plug into a standard USB on your computer / laptop. Initially the battery light will flash until it has charged fully.
Once battery is charged, depress the "ZONG 4G" button for a few seconds. Your computer will recognise the new device and / or select Autoplay to run the device software installation.
A browser will open to the Huawei administration page. Log on by choosing a username and password.
Three buttons:
Power On / Off. This is same as the ZONG 4G" button on the device
Mobile Data. This dials up the connection to your vendor of the SIM
WiFI Extender: This allows connection of other devices to the dialled up Internet.
I suggest you change the WLAN Key using settings, WLAN basic settings, WPA Preshared key. Default is 01234567 so something unique with 8 characters and numbers.
