Completely wrecked my hair
1 of 2 found this helpful Only the day before I used this, someone interrupted my conversation to compliment me in how shiny my hair was. I have a level 3 cert in hairdressing so I know how to perm but also read & followed the package instructions to the last letter. My hair is so badly damaged that I have had to have an around 2 inches off all over. The ends were frazzled and burnt looking and looked split and broken. I have used perms before (not this brand) and never had this result.
