    This was an honest mistake. I sold several items in a couple days and somehow this item got lost in the shuffle. I fully refunded the buyer and offered a discount on their next purchase to make it right. This is the first and only time I've ever made this mistake in my 20+ years on eBay.

    I gave the seller a corrected address, and he did not send the item to the correct address. He was notified right after I noticed the mistake. A copy of the correspondence was sent to both emails.

    The buyer had the wrong address on their eBay profile. They sent a message to correct the address, but it was after business hours, and the item had already been taken to be shipped. After the buyer let me know about the error (which was their own error), they proceeded to blame me entirely. Rudest, most unreasonable buyer I've ever dealt with. I called Fedex, but they said the item was already on the delivery truck. Buyer ended up receiving the item just fine, and I never heard back.
