Big Little Book of Irish Wit & Wisdom (1997)
This little book has a lot of "Wit and Wisdom" in it. My Grandmother used to have all kinds of sayings that she'd drop like pearls on us as children. ie.. "Whats good for the Goose,is good for the Gander".. I was surprised to find several of her tidbits of prose written in this little book. I have two of my own Grandchildren vieing for my book. I think I'm going to have to look for more copies of this.

Sleeping Beauty DVD
My two year old Great Grandaughter has discovered Walt Disney classic movies.. Sleeping Beauty has become the latest of several Disney movies I've bought for her and she just loves to sit and watch it over and over again. Disney means quality for me and I can buy anything Disney with confidence.

Nixon - A Presidency Revealed (DVD, 2007)
1 of 1 found this helpful Nixon - A Presidency Revealed (DVD, 2007) surprised me with it's content. I lived through his years as a Senator, then as Vice President under Pres. Eisenhower. I was surprised when he won the Presidency and figured at the time, we should not be shocked at anything that happened during his reign. My Brother worked in the government, in Washington DC. and I was apprised of Nixons' paranoia and "dark side" on a fairly frequent basis. This DVD shows an honest historical depiction of Richard Nixon and I would recommend it to anyone who has an interest in his life. He was a very complex man to say the least.
