Perfect for carbon steel knife cleaning and polishing
Perfect for gentle cleaning and polishing of carbon steel blades. Using this with water makes it excellent for fine polishing of carbon steel blades to remove light surface rust. This is very fine abrasive which leaves no visible scratches when used in the direction of the steel grain. To remove heavier surface rust or for use on axe heads a coarser abrasive is advised. This is small enough to pack easily but large enough to be a useful addition to your kit. This has also come in handy in my shop for cleaning up surface rust on wood working tools. If used carefully this product should last a very long time but you must be careful to keep it away from the cutting edge of tools as it will gouge easily.

Looks great mounted in panel
Good panel mount momentary switch. Very solid construction with a good feel to the spring. Not good for gaming or guitar kill switch in my opinion, but works great for less intensive use. Without a proper waterproof rating I cannot recommend or trust this switch in an area that gets wet. Solder lugs are small, and it would be difficult to solder large wire. I have however used 20 gauge and smaller wire with no difficulty. Plenty of threads for even the thickest panels or project boxes.
