I offer new and almost new items. Most items I sell are in minty condition. The one negative review I have is from a South American living in Miami. He stated that the item I was selling him was not as described, which was true to a point. The Sony Playstation hard drive had a heat sink integrated. He was wanting the less expensive unit with no heat sink. I gave him a 100% refund AND I let him keep the item. I really don't understand why I deserve a negative review. What more could I have done? I wish ebay would eliminate that review. please remove ebay. all other sales are 100% positive. Jason
