"Fry me a kipper, I'll be home for breakfast!"
Not a bad looking pilot watch reflecting on the proud tradition of British aircraft in the second world war but nothing special and a bit of a disappointment. Comes in a very nice leather-look box with a cushion but on close examination the watch has the same level of quality as some quartz watches to be found on a certain Chinese retailer. The altimeter dial looks like it may be made of molded plastic and the second hand does not hit every mark as it ticks along. The strap has a nice feel and is thick and well made.
Buy this particular watch for the look but don't expect anything airworthy.

Change the strap and make it your own.
A fine automatic watch with a very good power reserve so you can pretty much wind it and forget it. Looks best on an aftermarket strap.

A worthy addition to anyone's steelbook collection.
A steelbook is only as good as what it contains and this one is simple but eye catching. I actually enjoyed this movie more than Tomb Raider that preceded it. Angelina Jolie was comfortable in the role as Lara Croft and this was the first movie I had ever seen Gerard Butler in. The movie features a lot of stylish shootouts and action scenes but perhaps not as much adventure and exploration as the first film if you look back at the video games as a template. After many viewings I still consider this movie a worthy addition to my collection which is why I purchased the steelbook edition.
