He responded quickly and offered a very fair option. He then exceeded expectations. When the shipment was delayed by the USPS for reasons completely beyond the Seller’s ability to control or influence, he proactively communicated with me. When I had a few post-arrival questions, he quickly answered and proactively provided additional ideas. Very customer and fish focused!
