Battery powered tools have come a long way!
Pretty impressed with this battery powered 40volt chainsaw. Lasted longer than I expected! Quiet about as noisy as my electric chainsaw. Read the instructions & add the bar & chain oil. I had to cut up a fallen 35ft black walnut tree. Finally ran out of juice when I started cutting up the main trunk 24" thick into plate sized slabs. The saw is listed as a 14" saw which the bar is. Actual cut depth is 12" The 24" trunk was a easy cut with a 24" total cut radius. This is not a Paul Bunyon use saw but would be perfect for a backup emergency saw. Would make a great gift which is why I will buy another one.
