Basic Yoga
Good DVD but like others have said, it is not the flashiest one on the market and I found the background "music" irritating. It is about an hour and it seemed like the first half was all Sun Salutation. That was fine with me because I had wanted to learn that anyway; if you already know that then stay away from this DVD.

There Are No Problem Horses by Mary Twelveponies (1982)
Although Mary Twelveponies is not her real name she does seem to have the natural instincts associated between Native Americans and their horses. I really liked her down to earth writing and teaching skills. I was familiar with most of her advice but she does have a way of explaining that makes some topics more clearly understood. I plan to purchase the remainder of her books when they become available on e-Bay. I am of the opinion that if I gain one thing from a book then it was worth the purchase price. I gained MORE than one thing from this book!

Sir Cumference and the First Round Table
2 of 2 found this helpful I purchased this series for use in my middle school math classroom. I teach grades 6-8 and use it in all three as an introduction and as a culminating activity for my unit in Geometry. There are four other books, in this series, dealing with additional Geometry topics. I was introduced to this series as well as other books in a professional development seminar called Missouri Math Academy.
