Harder than I remember
Although it's a little graphically challenged it's still a intriguing game to play. I had it when I was a kid in the early '90's & it's a lot harder than I remember. I was once able to explore the entire game map quite easily, now I can barely make it out of the first town. There are tons of enemies to fight & items & treasure to obtain. Lots of characters to choose from and it's all in the rolling of the dice if you take the time to create the perfect war party. If you were in to the Dungeons & Dragons type of role playing games this was one of the pioneer attempts to bring it to the home video game screen.

This book explained to me the reasons why I have always felt the way I do. There were portions that are so close to my own thoughts and experiences that I have written in my personal journals which sent uncanny shivers up and down my spine. It really drove home the message that the sexual abuse I endured was in no way my fault. It also made it very clear to me things that I wasn't even aware of that is classified as childhood sexual abuse. This book is a good place to start in the healing of what may take a lifetime to recover from.

Destroyed lives
0 of 1 found this helpful It's so sad that many of the victims were assumed to be runaways and not missing due to a monster living in the midst. My heart goes out to these poor boys whose lives were taken in such a horrific manner. So unfortunate that the murdered victims were denied their chance to grow up & live a lifetime of good experiences. The grief and despair the families must have endured knowing that their children were mercilessly slaughtered could never possibly go away. For most, they also died on the inside as well. My own childhood was destroyed by pedophiles. By the time I had grown up I wished they would've taken my life in the process rather than have to live a life full of nightmares, depression, suicide attempts & nothing but difficulties. If hell is real, I hope monsters like Dean Corll, John Wayne Gacy, William Bonin & my own abusers are all there suffering much worse atrocities that they inflicted on those they tortured, raped & murdered.
