A great watch that’s both tough yet stylish
This being my third Victorinox timepiece, and having had both quartz(battery) and automatic(self winding) I opted for something a little different than the previous. This piece has a leather band, something I’d had issues with on both prior watches, and it’s a quartz, as I found that to be far more reliable as far as the time and etc. my favorite aspects of THIS piece is that it tells you the time, date, AND day all on the face, without being overcrowded. The band doesn’t hold up well, I recommend the watch, but not the band.

These saved me!
I’m on Methadone, which is a treatment for opiate addiction. It also constipates you to an extreme to which you’ll search to the ends of the earth for any relief. I first found these at my local dollar store, and it wasn’t a bad deal, but still. These at this price, not only work miracles for me(drink a LOT of water!) but at an insanely cheap price! If anyone out there is suffering from constipation from any medications, first check with your Dr, and if it’s ok, I highly recommend these! Drink lots of water! You can cramp in muscles you weren’t aware even existed.

Best Pre-Workout supplement ever!
It says on the bottle that once you try it you’ll never train without it. And I can vouch for that! The pump from the Nitric Oxide is amazing, and the energy amps you up without the jitters. There are so many imitators, but for me this is the best legal supplement since the old school Ripped Fuel. Those of you who remember know what I mean! Whew!!
