Smaller than expected, but OK...

No adjustment for different heights of carpet pile.
2 of 4 found this helpful This is a nightmare to use...the suction is great, so great that I absolutely cannot push or even pull it across the high-pile carpet in my living area. I can’t believe there is no adjustment to accommodate this issue. This is a deal-breaker as far as I’m concerned unless there’s a secret I don’t know. I even watched all the videos on the Dyson website. I believe there are no returns allowed for this product, but I am forced to try because I will have to have major back surgery if I am unable to return it.
