Great, and the wheels are not a problem
It's really pretty good and exactly what I was looking for. It feels like a very natural and healthy way to sit, even though I'm used to just sitting in a normal chair. I didn't realize how much I slouch while sitting before I started using this.. Sturdy, and seems well made. Not too hard to put together. It has 2 points of adjustment, so there's actually a lot of ways to change how it feels, how tall it is, etc. Also, I thought the castors (wheels) on the bottom would be annoying while on hard floors, but it's not in the slightest. Your weight ends up being so centered that it stops you from rolling when you don't want to. You actually have to stand up a bit to get it to roll to a different place, which is great.

Must have been sold a bad alternator, its broken after less than a year after installing it
