The Sky(rim)'s the limit. A truly great game for any level of player.
Even before its release, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, a household name. That is, if you're living in a household who adored the previous offering, Oblivion, or are right into gaming of the role playing type. There are a great many reviews available for this title already and I won't attempt to rival them in content or detail however I bought the PS3 version of this product simply because I didn't have a PC at the time. I had held off buying it as I wasn't sure a PS3 would do it justice. I couldn't have been more wrong. Upon the recommendation of a friend who already had completed the game on the PS3 I bit the bullet and bought the game. It plays and controls well, is rich in story and side story, has a great many hours of entertainment and can be played to a level that could satisfy either a hardcore gamer or for lighthearted entertainment. I waver somewhere in between, and my experience has been great. I recommend this game to anyone who loves fantasy games. I'd even recommend this to anyone who hasn't developed that interest but enjoyed the likes of The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit or some of the other great stories of might and magic.
