Case 580K Belt Tensioner
Good product and fit correctly. It should be noted that the new tensioners require a longer bolt than the OEM.

Bunk Board Wrap Install
They are relatively easy to install although my 4 bunk boards on my pontoon trailer are 16' . I used the velcro straps from the other 3 boxes to speed up the installation covering about 8' at a time.
The edges of the wrap along the underside of the boards are a little rippled in between the fastening screws and will hold water due to the mounting angle of my bunk boards. I drilled small relief holes in the wrap to allow the water to drain from the pockets between the fastening screws.
The old carpet wrapped bunk boards kept the boards wet for days after launching the boat causing the board from the factory to rot quickly. It looks like the new wrap should allow the boards to dry much quicker.
The boat is still in the water so I do not have input on the difference between the plastic wraps and the old carpeted bunk boards. I'm sure the boat will slide much easier.
