I appreciate that this has nothing to do with you and is all due to the post office but the picture is ruined. It was for a Christmas present which I was then to frame. Are you able to recover from the post office? We very much want a picture and I will happily return this one to you. Please advise. Thank you

Bubble wrap with no bubbles.
The worst quality bubble wrap I have ever received. The whole point of bubble wrap is that it has bubbles in it!! 90% of bubbles already burst.
