Looks good, great packaging, BUT does not taste good
Does not deliver the Colombian instant coffee taste I got form other brands.

Excellent with 2 reservations.
I got it 3 weeks ago. Excellent, works flawless, strong motor. The only 2 reasons I gave it 4 stars: there is a long pin on the pusher that need to fit in the slut to get the motor started. It does not always slide in easy. The other potential problem I can see is the fitting grove on the working bowel. it is plastic with no metal. I had a small Cuisinart for 20 years that still works perfect but had to change the working bowel every few years as it broker in the area of the fining grove. Not sure if this will not happen with this one. The 14 cups size makes larger jobs fast and easy. Always use the pulse button to get best results.
