HP-2540 printer
While this printer is no longer manufactured, I purchased it on E-Bay and was lucky to obtain a never used one. It replaces the identical one I previously used heavily for about seven years. It died of old age (wouldn't print any black ink), but I was so satisfied with the HP-2540 I just had to purchase another - and E-Bay came through with one!

Identical replacement is good as the original.
I have had an HP D4160 inkjet printer since 2006. It worked perfectly for the past seven years. It finally began to have problems that could be fixed, but at a cost exceeding that of a new printer.
The HP D4160 is no longer produced. So, before purchasing a new printer, a friend recommended I go on E-bay to see if I could find a HP D4160.
Not only did I find one, but it was new and never out of the manufacturer's box! The price was right, and the sender sent it promptly. I had it within five days of purchase. I sure hope I get seven years of use on this one.
