Original box
Did not arrive in original box which caused considerable problem when having unit authorized for use. The ID number on box was different from the actual unit. This created a problem when unit did not work, because subscription could not be validated. This caused a huge problem because XM used one of my three renewals for my life time subscription. Should be very careful with proper descriptions as it has caused a very costly situation for me.
