Defective product from a seller that won't accept returns BUYER BEWARE!

Ipod has a defective drive, won't download from Itunes and locks up towards the end of the load (2 different computers) Drive has been formated and restored 5 times from different computers. Contacting seller, although seller doesn't accept returns.
