Good for the price
It does the job and very good for the price. My 2 year old grandson likes to bang down the hoover on the laminate living room floor, so the tool has stood up to a bit of punishment so far.

A tall and strong 4ft wide twin Rail unit
Item arrived with one spring load clip missing. But was quickly despatched - then attached in receipt. The entire rail was assembled on receipt, intended for domestic use. The top row we used for heavy winter coats, the lower rail for a mixture. Since this is a 7ft tall unit, easy reach for those vertically challenged can be a prob. So its easy to swap summer items to the lower rail, and vice versa as seasons change. Very strong and reliable design.
