Looked for this book for years, and finally found it online. Well worth the price.

Not worth the expensive price
socket tray is nearly useless - it has round, drop-in holes for regular / metric sockets and also, troughs for deep well sockets - the drop in holes are ok but the storage for deep well sockets is totally useless. The best you can do with your deep well sockets is lay them across the top of the storage well (outside the surface of the tray) - none of my deep wells (as in ZERO) fit in the storage tray. You'd be better served by just drilling holes in a board and storing your sockets like that.
