      Never received the DVD and opened a case on eBay many weeks after purchase. Seller responded quickly, indicated that a replacement would be sent and requested that I close the case on eBay. I did so (stupid me) but never received the replacement, and now have no official means to request a refund. Seller also failed to respond to latest email to check for updates. Item is still available for sale on seller's website so a replacement could - and should - have been sent. So disappointing...

      This item was sent as stated. Afterward, the buyer threatened to leave negative feedback if i didn't comply, which is feedback extortion and has been reported to eBay. Their claims are not accurate, and this matter is under review by eBay.
