Disappointing
The unit is not keeping an accurate temperature. Either keeps food too hot and over time spoils the food, or when reducing settings ends up below 63 deg. I still want to try to use it, but it is only good for quick sales so the food inside doesnt spoil.It does however heat up rapidly so its not all bad, and perhaps with more time and use I may find the settings easier to work with

Terrific value
I cannot speak highly enough of this product. We have bought 2 and my wife just loves to cook her Thai food on them (different locations obviously). I might even buy a 3rd soon. Very quick delivery too.
