A practical 'how to' guide that gives the facts
As an public relations industry professional, I am happy to independently recommend this book. I used to teach PR to small businesses so cast a critical eye over the book contents, yet I was very surprised at how factual and supportive this book is. It would provide confidence to anyone interested in learning how to write their own press releases for successful publication in their media. The foundational information and technique taught in this book can be applied across many markets too, such as Australia, Europe or North America. I have worked in these markets and therefore I feel qualified to make that statement. There are a lot of books out there, but I would back this one wholeheartedly for its straightforward approach, fundamental writing instruction and wholesome honesty to how to get your news published. You can't go wrong with this one.
