Sadly, disappointing fragrance
This is beautifully boxed and therefore it would appear to be a lovely present to give to someone: special soap with the famous fragrance of Lily of the Valley. However, unfortunately, that fragrance was not very strong at all and so, after drying the hands, there was no perfume left lingering on the hands. For me that was disappointing because I had bought it specifically for the perfume.
So thank you, Brown and Harris, but unfortunately I can't honestly sway that you've arrived at perfection in the product yet!
Please keep trying, though!

Great value book
Thanks to kind, sincere workers, this second-hand book is in good repair and could easily be passed as new. An economical way of shopping. Recommended!

Great for keeping odds-and-ends; I haven't confined myself to putting threads in them!
It's an absolute FAFF transferring all the threads on to the cardboard or plastic holders... In the end I resorted to putting the different colours into different compartments as I feel life's too short to wind thread round and round those plastic / paper holders!
