  Not unopenned. Thats the biggest tradgety. Especially seeing as the claim was made with several exclamation marks. Promised brand new. Was really looking forward to opening it fresh but it was not to be. Came complete with the smell of mold. 2 hairs and an errant domino. Advice is to confirm claims in the future. Beautifly wrapped, and sent in good time. Good communication too. Am at a loss really. Think these are good people
