    I ordered an item on May 27th. Was later notified that the seller was out of country until the 10th. I reached out on the 13th asking if it has shipped yet. I got no response. It's now the 15th and I just checked, and it does not show as shipped. This is very poor service, and poor communication. I'm very unhappy with this seller.

    Unfortunately the usps person who did the pick up did not mark the item picked up causing to make the item seem as it was never in transit, I gave the client a 100% refund and let the client know once it was delivered, they were welcome to have it free of charge.
