Truly a cooking for crowds book!
Most often when you search for recipes for a crowd - you get recipes that will serve 24-30. This book has recipes that serve 100 - a true crowd. The recipes are simple and good. It is also a great reference for quantities, for example, how much tomato soup, or how many meatballs will feed 100. I love browsing for ideas for our next church community lunch.
