Excellent phone, too much bloatware
Phone is fast and has excellent battery life. I'm a low to moderate user and it gets me up to the evening of day 2 with 20% battery remaining. I'm running Android 5.1.
However, if you're coming from a fully customizable ROM such as cyanogenmod, you will be really disappointed at how much limited control you have with the settings on this phone. Little things such as having a sync icon on the notifications drawer, modifying/adding icons to the notification drawer, being able to easily switch location between battery saving and device only, having a reboot menu on the power button menu and many, many others.
This phone is loaded with Verizon apps and other third party apps especially from Amazon. Most of them you can disable but some of them you'll have to learn to live with.
And finally, this phone was built for Verizon, even though its Factory unlocked, every time you reboot the phone it will always warn you the the SIM card isn't from Verizon. Its a harmless warning that you can easily dismiss but it's just annoying.
Overall am happy with the purchase though. The pros outweigh the cons for me. If you don't intend to use this phone on Verizon I would suggest getting a Moto Maxx. The features are exactly the same and it won't have any carrier specific bloatware.
