Great "Make-Ahead" Book!
I've had this book for many years and love it. I thought it would be nice to have a second copy at the cottage, so was very happy to find it. It is excellent!! Every recipe is geared to be made ahead of time, as the title says, "when you don't have time to cook." The making ahead doesn't detract in any way from the tastiness of the finished product.

Glad to have this classic on CD.
