  Recommend seller. After an unexpected heart felt apology and given a more beautiful Shibata trinket box sent free of charge and by express post. I was quite overwhelmed. Seller found original trinket box & offered to me half the price. But I was more impressed with the larger and darker trinket box. Still can t believe this happened after sending negative feedback. Do yourself a favour and check out sellers items. Went from zero to hero. Cheers and thanks again :)

  Item was exactly as described. Thank you for your packaging for safe arrival. I need to say that I ordered and processed payment on June 2. My order was posted on June 18. Even after 2 attempts at sending message to seller asking if the item had been sent and if YES, could I please have a tracking number. I did not receive a response to either message. That part of the transaction was disappointing.
