  I ordered this item thinking it was a used game with the box and instructions, obviously not factory sealed. The packaging was great and it arrived fast. The description however was vague and in my case inaccurate. When I reached out to the seller, they responded immediately, apologized for the miscommunication, and refunded the entire amount. The item that did arrive was in great condition. I may not have gotten what I was expecting but I would give this seller another chance in the future.
