    The seller was amazing. Unfortunately my card was lost in shipping (thanks USPS) but the seller was more than helpful the entire time trying to keep my updated on any information they found. After about a month when it was apparent the card may never come the seller sent me a refund without hesitation. Would not hesitate to buy from them again despite this unfortunate occurrence.

    Hi jaxnpark, I received Walt Disney's Beauty And The Beast (Black Diamond, VHS) New, according to eBay my purchase was delivered on the 19th. April and I am unable to verify this as I am in hospital. I would appreciate your help in advising me of any identifying details if these have not been included in your package, as I have purchased the same item as yours from other suppliers.
