Do skewers matter?

Short answer, yes they do. No matter how good your wheels, hubs, and tires are, if the hardware mounting them to your frame is junk, what's the point? Hope's quick release skewers (for those of us that don't have through axels, for whatever reason) are top notch. Easy set at the right tension. No cheap plastic ends to get shredded on a hard ride. The anodized finish, available in a number of colors to coordinate or stand out on your rig, looks great too. Now, I need a set for my other bike.
