I had some difficulties in loading ammos in the product, but I think it is because I'm not used to it. Over all, it's good.

I would not recommend that product to anybody.
Externally the item look great but functionally the worst I have seen yet. In sum, the item has no battery saving feature and it is very, very difficult slide the phone icon upward to answer a call; consequently, I have lost many incoming calls. Indeed, I will not select Coolpad brand cell phone anymore.

Improper Description
This product is improperly described as "universal grip" because it didn't fig my .357 magnum at all. I will not recommend it to anybody.
