  Prior to buying item, buyer asked questions, they were answered within hrs. Bought item, shipped within hours. Asked for a refund, refunded within an hour, even before Item was returned. Had no knowledge of item, claimed it didn’t work then said it did. Returned it anyway. Communication was terrible. I had to ask questions multiple times to get simple answers back days later. The type of ebayer I go out of my way to avoid. Sadly there is only a positive status for a buyer transaction.
