A Very Effective Purple Measuring Pitcher
I have seen, and now purchased the two different purple one-gallon measuring pitchers that I've seen. I really wish that I had purchased this one first. The shape of it is much more conducive to containing water in it until it can be dispensed. That's because, unlike the other product, this one is slightly larger than the volume it measures, so it's pretty easily handled when full.

Different Versions are Available, Make Sure You Get the Latest
I received this and the piece that attaches the small spout cover to the rest of the lid was broken. Due to a postal service mixup, it looked like this order had been lost in the mail, so I had already ordered a replacement. The replacement turned out to be a newer version without the initial problem, so that works well.
However, apparently that small spout cover lid has two washers--one of which came off at the gym. I replaced it once, but didn't notice when it fell out again, so have contacted RTIC to get more washers. The company said they were sending them, but I haven't received them yet. Hopefully whatever they send will be the right size so it won't fall out each time the spout lid is unscrewed, but I can't comment on that since I don' have them yet.

Very handy
I mainly got this to use one of the pint cup rings on another container. It works like a charm,and I use the smaller ring as a lid retainer, which is one of the reasons I got this.
