Great portable reformer with stand
This is a great home reformer with rebounder and stand. CD has product information and 2 workouts - one with the rebounder and one without. If you have a space without carpet you can use the folding reformer which has wheels on front to move it out of the way. The stand is a huge bonus, but its difficult to put the reformer on the stand without help. Overall, I am very satisfied with the reformer.
