Worked as advertised
Tested with multiple 18650-sized cells while monitoring charge cycle with external volt and amp meter. Worked as expected per the TP4056 data sheet.

More than bright enough for daytime riding.
We were looking for a light that would be easily seen during daytime riding and this more than meets that criteria. Have used it for several rides totaling 8 hours without having to recharge. Don't know how long it will go in bright light, but certainly enough for an all day tour. It's supposed to adjust the intensity for ambient light level, so would last even longer in the dark.

Performance on Ford and Toyota
Tested on 2006 Ford Focus using current version of Torque Lite on Android with good results. Tested on 2007 Toyota Prius and it provided considerably less status information, but this is likely a limitation of the App and not the OBD2 device.
