Beautiful classic 90s Barbie, but also exceptional, being a brunette. Wedding gown itself is well made, of good fabric, with unique gingham trim, and will be fun to use with other Barbies and accessories.

Great visual impact for display for adults, easy to dress and restyle for a child

This Cinderella doll has great visual impact, being a sparkly version of a very similar doll from 1991. I love that her dress, choker and hairstyle are essentially like those in the original movie, as well as like the Cinderella Disney character that you see in shows and meet-and-greets at Disney World. She has gauntlets rather than gloves, unlike the movie Cinderella, and her hairstyle is only a half-bun held together with an elastic (which I replaced with blue satin ribbon) with the ends hanging free. From photos on the box, this is probably so that you can restyle her hair "down" when she is re-dressed in her rags, which is an outfit which was sold separately at the time (and which I think I have seen on Ebay). Although the dress has great visual impact, as I said, and looks great in my display cabinet paired with the 1991 Prince Charming doll, the dress is of a stiff, cheap quality. This makes her very playable and easy to dress for a child. I have also purchased the 1998 Signature Cinderella, which has a more polished hairstyle and better quality satin for the dress. However, I find this 1994 sparkly Cinderella to have great visual impact on display, and brings back happy memories of seeing the Cinderella character at Disney World on trips we had taken with our young kids in the 90's, continuing to trips without kids in the present day. She also would make a great gift for a child, because she is very easy to dress and undress. I believe she has the same body as the 90's Barbies and could share clothes with them. I'm very grateful that this particular doll that I bought had been kept very well preserved in her box since 1994.

Nice quality hair, and costume is of goo...

Nice quality hair, and costume is of good quality fabric. I chose this Jasmine because her face is not as “cartoony” as some and her body type is like a 90s Barbie, though she’s not made by Mattel. Her tiny pumps don’t stay on - replaced with new Barbie shoes. She looks great on display with 1992 Mattel Alladin doll.
