Good value for price
Seems flimsy but works well. Still a good value for $50.

Good choice for running open source software
Inexpensive router which has good performance for its price. Large flash and ram memory make it a good choice to run open source software such as Fresh Tomato. Running open source s/w adds many features not available in the OEM package.

Not as good as the pour shield for the older K5SS mixer.
flimsier than the older equivalent pour shield for my older model K5SS mixer. Also doesn't stay attached to the bowl rim as well as the K5SS mixer version. One advantage is the design is open on one side allowing it to be attached with the beater in place.
